Megan Johnson of Kenosha and Ben Johnson of Pleasant Prairie announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Ted and Lois Johnson of Kenosha. He is the son of Joel and Tammy Johnson of Pleasant Prairie.

The future bride graduated from Tremper High School and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, receiving a degree in sociology. She is employed at Lakeside Pediatrics.

Her fiance graduated from Tremper High School and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, receiving a degree in accounting, pursuing a Master's of Business administration. He is employed at Villani, Becker & Larsen, S.C.

They plan to be married in June 2014.

The couple plan to reside in Pleasant Prairie.
