Jaime Ulbert and Brian Owens, both of Kenosha, announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Chip and Gale Ulbert of Kenosha. He is the son of Gregg and Debbie Owens of Kenosha.

The future bride graduated from Tremper High School and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, receiving a degree in public relations. She is employed at Uline, Inc., in Pleasant Prairie.

Her fiance graduated from Tremper High School. He is employed at Aon Hewitt, Lincolnshire, Ill.

They plan to be married on Nov. 2.

The couple plan to reside in Pleasant Prairie.
